The perfect quick and healthy pudding when you feel like something sweet is my Chocolate Avocado Chia Pudding.

A combination of healthy fats and creaminess from the avocado and coconut milk, omega 3 from chia seeds this pudding not only tastes delicious it’s good for you too!

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tblpns raw cocao
  • 1 tblspn chia seeds
  • 2 tablspns raw honey
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ tspn vanilla essence
  • Blueberries or your favorite fruit
  • Pistachio nuts, or whatever you have on hand
  1. Mash avocados
  2. Combine all other ingredients
  3. Garnish with pistachio nuts and yogurt
  4. Refrigerate for an hour
  5. Enjoy!
