A combination of healthy fats and creaminess from the avocado and coconut milk, omega 3 from chia seeds this pudding not only tastes delicious it’s good for you too!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tblpns raw cocao
- 1 tblspn chia seeds
- 2 tablspns raw honey
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ tspn vanilla essence
- Blueberries or your favorite fruit
- Pistachio nuts, or whatever you have on hand
Instructions
- Mash avocados
- Combine all other ingredients
- Garnish with pistachio nuts and yogurt
- Refrigerate for an hour
- Enjoy!
