Try these easy to make No Guilt Healthy Chocolates. So simple AND healthy for, the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee for Morning or Afternoon Tea...Or anytime in between! Use the fruits and nuts that you love, make sure they a raw though. You could add a drop of your favorite essential oil if you have on hand. Orange or peppermint would be perfect.
  • 75g cocao butter
  • 25g coconut oil
  • 6 tblespns faw cocao powder
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup nuts
  • 1 tblspn raw cocao nibs
  1. Grease a baking tray or small muffin tin (I used a muffin tin but a tray would work just as well)
  2. Place cocao butter and coconut oil in a pan and heat until melted
  3. Add cocao powder and honey and stir
  4. Chop the nuts and fruit and add to the chocolate mixture
  5. Add all other ingredients and stir
  6. Using a ½ tblspn measure and ½ fill each muffin mould or pour onto tray if using a tray
  7. Chill in the fridge until set, takes around 3 hours
  8. Once firm remove from muffin tine or cut into slices and store in container in the fridge.
  9. Enjoy!
