You'll be sitting down to a healthy (300 Calorie for those who count them) meal in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for when you don't want to fuss on the weekends but still want something healthy. Excellent for a quick & easy mid week meal too!
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 2 Small Chicken Breasts
  • Bunch of Your Favorite Asian Greens
  • Small Head Broccoli
  • 3 Shallots/Spring Onions shredded finely
  • 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic Thickly Sliced
  • Knob Giner Sliced Finely
  • 1 tblspn Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tspn Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1 tspn Water
  1. Heat Pan to a Medium heat
  2. Lightly Spray The Chicken With Olive Oil
  3. Cook Until Lightly Browned & Cooked Thru
  4. While the Chicken Cooks
  5. Spread the Broccoli & Greens on a Steamer
  6. Scatter the Shallot's Garlic & Ginger on Top
  7. Steam for Around 6 minutes or Cooked to Your Liking
  8. Heat the Sauces With Water in Saucepan
  9. Arrange Chicken on a Plate, Top With Garlic, Ginger & Shallots/Spring Onions.
  10. Pour Sauce Over Chicken
  11. Serve With Streamed Vegetables
