This is a quick and easy snack, dessert of treat when you are feeling like something sweet but want to keep it healthy. For a chocolate version just add a tblspns raw cocao powder or you could swap the almond milk for coconut milk too
  • 2 cups of unsweetened Almond milk'
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ tspn pure vanilla or 1 vanilla pod scraped
  • 1 tblspn organic stevia
  • Seasonal fruit for topping
  1. Combine almond milk, vanilla and stevia in a bowl
  2. Mix until well combined and thickened
  3. Refrigerate
  4. Leave over night or for at least 4 hours
