It's been a weekend of celebrations in my home town of Brisbane with a spectacular firework display for Riverfire an event to end our annual city festival. We hosted a night for our friends to join us watching the fireworks and this super easy and healthy tapas was a hit!
Ingredients
  • Bunch of Fresh Asparagus
  • Sliced Prosciutto
Instructions
  1. Snap the woody ends off the asparagus.
  2. Rinse.
  3. Cut sliced prosciutto in half.
  4. Place asparagus on prosciutto and roll up.
  5. We cooked on our BBQ however under the grill inside works just as well with a sprinkle of olive oil.
