It's been a weekend of celebrations in my home town of Brisbane with a spectacular firework display for Riverfire an event to end our annual city festival. We hosted a night for our friends to join us watching the fireworks and this super easy and healthy tapas was a hit!
- Bunch of Fresh Asparagus
- Sliced Prosciutto
- Snap the woody ends off the asparagus.
- Cut sliced prosciutto in half.
- Place asparagus on prosciutto and roll up.
- We cooked on our BBQ however under the grill inside works just as well with a sprinkle of olive oil.
